Lola has been researching, crafting, and curating botanicals for the past seven years. Before starting her own small business, she worked alongside some of the industry’s leading florists and event planners.
Lola’s background gives her a unique perspective on each event she works on, and her attention to detail is second to none.

Mission
Here at Flowers by Lola, we hold color at the core of our inspiration for floral design. Your color story will be told through seasonal blooms that highlight the unique love story you share as a couple. Flowers by Lola strives to work collaboratively with our clients to interpret a floral vision and make that vision come to life.
Guided by our owner and lead designer Lola Urena, we get excited about crafting custom, elevated floral designs for your special event. During the consultation process we’ll explore concepts, images, moods, and cover all your needs to nail down the proposal of your dreams.
Our work is best described as lush, textural, and whimsical. We explore color and tone in exciting new dimensions. With every client comes a fresh opportunity to breathe life into any space using flowers, the ultimate storytellers; nature’s celebration of beauty that awakens the senses.
Process & General Pricing
The design process begins at our initial consultation where we gather information about your needs and desires surrounding your event’s florals. During our time together we will review any inspirational imagery or wedding decor requests that you may have as well as any specific day-of details.
Within two weeks you will receive a thorough proposal that includes design and budget breakdown as well as a contract and mood board. After any necessary revisions, a 25% deposit is requested and we will begin outreach/sourcing for your florals.
While every creation we design is unique and seasonal materials costs tend to fluctuate, we’ve developed a general price list and require a minimum budget of $800. Our services include a vast amount of work as detailed below:
Our services include initial consultation, design development (proposal writing, custom flower recipes, number crunching, paperwork, etc.), pre-production coordination (ordering wholesale product, acquiring hard goods, designing, etc.), production (day-of delivery and installation of florals), and strike (aka tear down, if applicable).
